At Swift Travel, I led the delivery of a new website design and content overhaul, managing the project end to end with a strong focus on SEO performance and user journey. This included initial site map and mock-up designs, creating and optimising destination, hotel and itinerary content and writing all content to improve on-page SEO to drive organic visibility. Alongside the website, I managed PPC, social media and email marketing activity, planning and producing content to support campaigns, promotions and brand awareness, while ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels.

At MRFA, I managed social media activity across the organisation, strengthening engagement and ensuring consistent, on-brand communication. I led a full redesign of all brand collateral to align more closely with brand guidelines, creating a cohesive visual identity that remains in use over two years later. In addition, I solely designed and built the organisation’s website, shaping the structure, design and content to appeal to a younger audience and sporting families within the local community, significantly modernising MRFA’s digital presence.

BROCHURE DESIGN
For Shire Foods, I designed and produced artisan food wholesale catalogues for trade distribution, creating the all-year-round brochure alongside seasonal Christmas and Easter editions. Using Adobe InDesign, I managed the project end to end, from front cover concepts and page layout through to full pagination and print-ready artwork. This included producing an Easter catalogue of around 25 pages and a comprehensive all-year-round catalogue of over 300 pages, ensuring clear product presentation, consistent visual structure and a professional finish tailored for the wholesale market.

For Simply Lapland, I designed and built their website from scratch, creating a clear, engaging platform that introduces families to Lapland experiences and guides them through how the trips work, encouraging enquiries rather than direct bookings. Alongside the website build, I supported wider marketing activity by producing social media assets including imagery, testimonial graphics, reels, and setting up paid social campaigns to help drive awareness and enquiries. The project also included giving a visual facelift to another website within their travel portfolio, refreshing the design and structure to improve usability while aligning it more closely with the brand.
